Therapy for Moms
You love your kids—but you’re tired, overwhelmed, and wondering where you went.

Motherhood is full of contradictions.
You can feel grateful and still be exhausted. You can love your children and still fantasize about running away to a quiet cabin in the woods. You can be doing your best—and still feel like it’s not enough.
If you’re here, maybe you’re feeling:
→ Worn down by the endless giving
→ Resentful but unsure if you’re allowed to feel that way
→ Isolated, even with people around you
→Triggered by your own childhood and trying to “break the cycle”
→Disconnected from your body, your identity, or your partner
→ Guilty for wanting space, rest, or more
→ Exhausted from trying to get it all right, all the time (hello, perfectionism!)
You’re not doing it wrong. This stuff is hard.

This is a space just for you.
I’m Staci Morey, LCSW—and I love to support fellow moms who are ready to stop pretending they’re fine and start getting real about what they need. I bring compassion, directness, and humor to my work, because let’s be honest: parenting is no joke. And neither is the emotional weight we carry through it.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It’s about supporting you to come home to yourself. We’ll slow things down, explore the patterns you’re stuck in, and figure out what’s actually yours to carry—and what’s not.
I’m here to say:
You’re allowed to need help.
You’re allowed to take up space.
You’re allowed to want more than survival.
Things we might explore:
Boundary setting (without drowning in guilt)
Identity beyond motherhood
The mental load and emotional labor you carry
Resentment and rebalancing in your relationship
Generational patterns you’re trying to break
Anxiety, rage, numbness, or overwhelm
Postpartum adjustment, even years later
Permission to rest, play, and not be productive
Tools & Techniques
I’m not a blank slate kind of therapist. I show up as a real person, with tools and techniques that actually help you regulate and heal—not just talk in circles. Our work might include:
EMDR to process trauma or unresolved experiences
Somatic grounding using sound bowls, weighted tools, or vagus nerve stimulation
Mind-body techniques like meditation or gentle breathwork
Journal prompts and homework (only if it feels helpful—not homework for homework’s sake)
Reflective conversations that help you feel seen, not judged
We go at your pace, following what’s most present and pressing each time we meet.

Let’s talk.
I offer therapy for moms and women in-person in Boca Raton, FL, and virtually across Florida, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Texas.
