Individual Therapy

You don’t have to hold it all together. Here, you can just be human.

We’ll work through it together.

Whether you’re 18 or 88, the pressure to have your life “together” can feel relentless. Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, spiraling with anxious thoughts, or just feeling emotionally stuck. You know something needs to shift—but you're not sure where to start.

Individual therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or filter. You can show up as you are—overthinking, overwhelmed, or uncertain—and we’ll work together from there.

Therapy for Young Adults

You’re technically an adult—but it still feels like you’re figuring out how to be one.

Transitions are hard. Whether you’re navigating your first job, living on your own, managing family pressure, or wondering what you even want in life… therapy can help you make space to process it all without judgment.

Together, we can work through:

→ Identity exploration and self-worth

→ Relationships (romantic, familial, or platonic)

→ Anxiety and pressure around decision-making

→ Feeling behind or lost compared to peers

→ Burnout, people-pleasing, and boundary setting

This is your space to grow into yourself, with support.

Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety doesn’t alwayslook like panic attacks. Sometimes it’s being stuck in your head 24/7.

You might be constantly over-analyzing conversations, dreading worst-case scenarios, or struggling to relax—even when everything seems “fine.” Anxiety can make it hard to rest, think clearly, or trust yourself.

In therapy, we’ll learn how to:

→ Understand your anxiety instead of fearing it

→ Quiet your inner critic

→ Soothe your nervous system (not just your thoughts)

→ Practice grounding techniques that actually work

→ Gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck

You don’t have to live in survival mode. We’ll help your body and mind find a new rhythm.

Therapy for Depression.

You’re doing the bare minimum and still feel drained. It’s not laziness—it’s something deeper.

Depression can make everything harder. Getting out of bed, answering texts, staying connected to people you love—it all starts to feel heavy. You might feel numb, irritable, hopeless, or just… flat.

In therapy, we’ll hold space for what you’re carrying and help you:

→ Understand what’s underneath the heaviness

→ Reconnect with yourself (and your wants)

→ Explore what might be missing or out of alignment

→ Move through the fog at your own pace

→ Begin to feel something again, safely

There’s no pressure here to feel a certain way. Just an invitation to feel supported.

Therapy for College Students

No one tells you how overwhelming college really is.

You’re managing classes, friendships, identity, independence—and somehow supposed to “find yourself” in the process. It’s a lot. And if you’re dealing with anxiety, pressure from home, perfectionism, or loneliness, it can feel even harder.

College therapy can support you in:

→ Managing stress and academic burnout

→ Feeling less alone in what you’re experiencing

→ Setting boundaries with family or roommates

→ Exploring who you are outside of expectations

→ Creating emotional balance while still doing life

It’s okay to not be okay, even if “everyone else” looks like they’re thriving (hint: the behind the scenes is often much different). You deserve support, too.
